		<description>Hi Trent,
Do you recall meeting me in a town close to the border between China and Nepal? i was the person you came to visit in the disgusting hospital.
You may recall we both knew Paul Jens (Torquay). I was pretty crook but not close enough to death to stay in the hospital for more than a day. I made it through the border next day but was totally exhausted and very sick. I actually had tumours on my my thyroid ( but that was never going to be diagnosed in the horror hospital in China). Alls well that ends well. Was operated on in Melbourne, have almost completely recovered for my my Bangkok to Hanoi trip which I intend to take later this year. Thanks for dropping in to see me.
Best,
